The SeaTRAX with PNI’s high sensitivity magnetometers and accelerometers is a COTS high- performance heading sensor for seismic streamers and towed arrays.
PNI’s SeaTRAX provides reliable heading, pitch and roll in a single module for easy integration into any streamer and towed array system.
ITAR-free and made in the U.S.A.
Advanced hard and soft-iron calibration algorithms compensate for any magnetic distortions inherent in the host system removing the need for Helmholtz cages and design complexities of building non-magnetic systems.
